Overview
This advanced course is aimed at Nursing and Midwifery graduates interested in improving the outcomes of care provided to women and children in various scenarios of emergency and urgent care. It addresses aspects of the relationship to be established in critical situations as well as methodologies of assistance and support in such situations. The course is divided into two parts (corresponding to form 1 and 2). The first focuses on the articulation and organisation of emergency services and urgent care networks, models of defining priorities and professional, medical and legal responsibilities in pre-hospital and territorial emergencies. The second part is devoted to emergency/urgent pediatric and obstetric care.
