Curriculum

Giovanni Malerba holds a degree in Biological Sciences (University of Padua) and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Biotechnology for Biomedical Sciences (University of Verona) and a Specialization in Medical Genetics (technical address, University of Verona).
He has carried out research at the laboratories of the University of Verona, the Fox Chase Cancer Center (Philadelphia, USA), INSERM U794, CEPH institute (Paris, France) and the Sanger Center (Hinxton, UK). Since 2003 he is a member of the University of Verona.

Scientific skills:
Genetic big-data analysis in the field of genomics, transcriptomics and methylome through advanced bioinformatics approaches for the study of the association and linkage of the genetic factor with Mendelian diseases and complex diseases.
